Customer quotes

Create a quote and send it for payment.

Pick the contracted facility, enter one-way miles or calculate them from pickup and dropoff, add the matching charges, then email or text the customer a link to pay by card.

1. Build the quote. Contract rates fill the charge codes. Mileage codes use the one-way miles, and a round trip adds an A leg and a B leg.
2. Send it. Email the quote or text the customer’s carrier. The message includes a link to view the quote and pay.
3. Take payment. The customer pays on that page. You can also charge the card from the quote. When you add the trip, those charges are already on the claim.
