Send riders a pay link before the trip.
For private-pay trips, pick the contracted facility, enter one-way miles or calculate them from pickup and dropoff, add the matching charges, then email or text the rider a link to pay by card. This is how you collect from riders — not a fee for using RydeWizz.
- Price the trip. Contract rates fill the charge codes. Mileage codes use the one-way miles, and a round trip adds an A leg and a B leg.
- Send a pay link. Email or text the rider’s carrier. The message includes a link to view the price and pay.
- Collect the card. The rider pays on that page. You can also charge the card yourself. When you add the trip, those charges are already on the claim.
RydeWizz stays free for providers. Card payments go to your processor for the transport — they are not a charge for the software.
