Voice Wizz

What Voice Wizz does

Dispatchers move faster when they do not retype every field. Voice Wizz turns natural language into a reviewable draft.

• Trips — pickup, dropoff, assistance level, round trip, date and time
• Customers — name and DOB, with match choices when records already exist
• Destinations and residence addresses
• Opens Add Customer, Add Destination, Edit Customer, or Schedule Add with fields filled
• Trips save only when you confirm on Schedule Add — you stay in control
• Ask “how do I…” product questions — answers come from the in-app Help guide

Why it is called Voice Wizz

It sits beside Schedule Add in the RydeWizz top bar — a tan gradient pill that matches the product name. Voice for how you capture the request. Wizz for RydeWizz.
